Industrial First, Inc.; a company based in Cleveland, Ohio , is a diversified specialty construction service organization. Since our founding in 1936, Industrial First has brought together many traditionally independent specialty construction services within a single organization.
Industrial First's construction services include roofing, waterproofing, protective coating applications, architectural and industrial sheetmetal fabrication and installation, structural steel sales and erection, light steel fabrication, electrical and electrical service. We also provide heavy and specialized in-plant rigging and erection services, perform millwright and boiler maker work and furnish and/or erect metal siding, metal decking, precast and natural stone.
Industrial First offers our customers single source responsibility, 24 hours a day, for the management and supply of construction labor, equipment and materials. The result of the Industrial First program is the professional and economical delivery of construction services new construction, renovation, and facilities management marketplaces.

Shippers Highway Express, Inc. established in 1947, is a major mechanical, electrical, medical and telecommunications equipment warehousing, trucking, and rigging operation with solid credentials in inventory management. Shippers Highway is located in Garfield Heights, Ohio, a short distance from our Cleveland office.
